The forum "SoHO and Advanced Therapies: From Human to Human," will explore current trends in cell- and gene-based therapies, focusing on substances of human origin (SoHO) intended for human application. Discussions will encompass regulations, manufacturing challenges, and quality aspects.

The event begins with a conference on regulatory perspectives from agencies, represented by their Belgian "Administrateur Général." Two subsequent sessions will delve into manufacturing, engineering, and quality aspects of cell-based therapy (autologous, allogenic, and new iPS platform) and gene therapy. An introduction to challenges in exosomes-based therapy, using the first approved study in the EU as a case study, will also be featured.

The day concludes with a visit to Catalent and a networking cocktail on the exhibition floor.
